Bring Balance by Organizing is here to provide an additional service to bring balance to just another part of your life. We now offer a new service: Personal Shopper. As you may know, Kroger and Walmart have opened the doors for the opportunity to shop without stepping foot inside. Personally, I have not tried it. For the most part, I am one who enjoys the atmosphere and selecting my items. However, I have noticed thru social media that many have enjoyed the freedom from this typical errand. In fact, the past 6 years I have been a nanny I have experienced the freedom it has given my boss to spend time with what matters most to her, her children.

After seeing the excitement and benefits for others having a personal shopper and knowing my expertise in shopping for others, I saw this as a crystal clear decision to implement their plan with a twist into this business. As a nanny for 6 years, personal shopping had been a BIG part in that role. I can quickly and effectively shop. I know where things are located and I pay special attention to detail to make sure items are fresh and will last the longest. I am also quick to know where to purchase the same product, but for lesser cost.

Just in case you have not participated in Kroger or Walmart's online shopping experience, you can find below some information regarding both from the research I had done in preparing this plan for the business.
  • As for Kroger, your first 3 orders are free. Afterwards, you will pay $4.95 per order. As for payment options, they will only accept credit or debit card which you pay as you pick up. You can use digital coupons that you have uploaded to your Kroger Plus Card, as well as use paper coupons. There is no minimum purchase per order. Their open hours for pick-up are different than the store hours. While the store is open from 6am-1am, their available hours for pick up are from 8am-9pm. If an item you choose is out of stock, Kroger will make substitutions for it. You are also given an opportunity when ordering online to give special instructions for your order.
  • As for Walmart, pick-up is always free; however, they also have the option for delivery. With not using this option myself, I cannot share experience with their delivery fee, but their website says the delivery fee varies and it is based on the delivery time slot. While the store is open 24 hours, their pick up/delivery hours are from 7am-11pm. I did come across to use Walmart's online shopping option, you must purchase at least $30 worth of items. As you create your shopping list, you will see that you purchase your items then; therefore, you must pay either by credit or debit card. Unlike Kroger, Walmart does not accept paper coupons. As for substitutions, Walmart will make substitutions for items that are out of stock unless you change your substitutions setting in MY ACCOUNT.

Our Personal Shopper service is similar to these stores, YET we offer more variety. At Bring Balance by Organizing, we offer 2 different personal shopper options: the Quick Stop and the Mission Accomplished.
  • The Quick Stop option allows you to choose a store or 2 of your choice for us to shop for you. There is no minimum/maximum purchase price required. The cost of the Quick Stop option is $25/hr. Live in Cartersville and you Just need a handful of items (5 or less)? We will be glad to make a Speedy Quick Stop and deliver to you for $10.
  • The Mission Accomplished option allows you to choose 3-4 stops for us to shop for you. Again, there is no minimum/maximum purchase price required. The cost of the Mission Accomplished option is $40/hr.
With both options, we will shop, deliver, and organize your purchases at your home. We offer debit and credit card options for payment, as well the options to pay with cash or check. With the use of your Kroger Plus Card/the phone # linked to your card, we are able to use any digital coupons you have loaded on it. In addition, we do accept using your paper coupons. If a particular item of your choice is not in stock at the store of your choice, we can pick up a substitute item or check another store for your particular item. Our main stops include: Kroger, Ingles, Publix, Target, Walmart, and eventually Aldi when it opens; however, we can make additional stops to your personal dry cleaner, the post office/UPS, and other local stores.

If you are interested in selecting a Personal Shopper service, we will begin by having an email consultation with you to determine which option is best for you and it will give you the chance to share your store preferences. We can use this time to determine the best way to share your list(s) because some stores allow you to create and share a list, while other stores you may need to personally email us a list. We can also determine if this is something you would like to make a routine with us. In this time, you can also give us any special instructions we may need to best serve you.

Let us know what you think of our new service and feel free to share with us any suggestions you may have so we can best serve you and bring balance into your life. Make sure to check with our Facebook page for the upcoming special in March regarding our new service. We hope to hear from you!
